More work in various places. Darkened the armour plates a bit. I believe I originally used chainmail for armour plates. These days I am using Boltgun Metal and also I have started using the GW washes since 2006. So the black wash has been put into play also.
Although I want to get this guy done I can understand why I hesitated painting him before. Apart from working hard on my GD-entry back then I now notice that several bits on the model look old compared to a lot of recent models from GW. GW plastics has just gotten a lot better over the past 10 years and the empire bits on this commander are from a GW set that goes back to 1998 or so.
