Painted for a collector. I was given free reins on this one, so I opted for a mix of classic 'Eavy Metal style and the more recent naturalistic painting styles. Maybe it can be called symbolic naturalism... Anyway, I re-discovered using strong inks as I did a lot around 2000-ish, and this trick was great to take up again.
